Our Challenge

ICT Cluster Łódź, based in Łódź, Poland, is a dynamic ecosystem connecting technology companies, academic institutions, startups, and innovation leaders. The Cluster actively supports collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the development of future‑oriented digital solutions that respond to real social and market needs. One of the key challenges addressed by ICT Cluster Łódź is fostering neurodiversity in the workplace. Traditional recruitment practices, open‑space office environments, and implicit communication styles can unintentionally disadvantage neurodivergent professionals. In response, the program focuses on designing inclusive and human‑centered solutions using advanced technologies such as VR/AR, wearable devices, and social robots. Participants take part in a comprehensive design process-from analyzing real user needs and generating innovative concepts, through prototyping, to testing and presenting final solutions. Throughout each stage, strong emphasis is placed on accessibility of technology, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the responsible use of innovation in line with sustainable development principles.
