Students are invited to investigate how Kauno Grudai could expand its digital footprint beyond its home market through global e-commerce ecosystems (excluding Amazon), by immersing themselves in a real-world challenge. Instead of being given a predefined approach, learners will explore international marketplaces across different regions, identifying emerging patterns in platform dynamics, logistics infrastructure and customer behaviour. They will then generate their own evidence-based insights into potential growth strategies.
Through this open-ended enquiry, participants engage with authentic data, test assumptions and develop strategic concepts for how Kauno Grudai might enter digital markets abroad. This experience develops their practical competence in international strategy, digital commerce, logistics thinking and market evaluation, while encouraging them to adopt the mindset of global innovators who can navigate complexity and design opportunities in an interconnected world.
