However, while we are doing a great job of welcoming students, there is still a fundamental gap when it comes to helping them stay, integrate, and thrive after graduation.

This challenge was born out of a growing realization: if Kaunas wants to be a truly international city, it must not only educate global talent - it must also empower and retain it.
